Phil Haslam is a consultant at Lights-On Consulting.  Phil joined Lights-On Consulting in March 2024, bringing over 15 years of professional services IT Service Management and technical project management experience. Phil provides clients with operational support to facilitate a well run service desk.

Phil has experience of working within both boutique and large multinational law firms and is well versed in business analysis, team performance and management and utilising technology to enable efficient service delivery.
