Nicola Martin is a consultant at Lights-On Consulting. Nicola joined Lights-On in November 2024, bringing more than 16 years of IT service, project and process management experience and organisation restructuring.
Nicola has extensive experience in designing, building and delivering an improved client experience for a diverse range of organisations.
Nicola has experience of working within legal IT suppliers so is acutely aware of the demands on both sides of the fence and is able to bring this understanding to the benefit of our clients.
